Pack Your Items
Place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all hygiene liners and brand tags remain intact for a valid return.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
